Today I was racially profiled while at this dentist office by the manager Amy . I arrived at my appointment 18 minutes earlier and decided to stand outside and wait a few more minutes untill I go inside. While standing there the manager Amy was heading inside and decided to tell me that I need to do my business somewhere else and I said what business are you talking about I am here for an appointment and she said well ok if your here for an appointment then ok that’s fine. So I asked her agin what exactly was she referring too and she said theres a lot of stuff that goes on around here at night time and I stated that I had no clue what kind of things go on there at night and she walked away . About 10 minutes later I go inside and ask her what exactly was she referring to agin and she pretty much stated that she is not about to argue with me and I said I’m not arguing I said you just racially profiled because I’m a black man basically stating I was doing something I wasn’t supposed to be doing and when I asked for her supervisor or someone over her she insisted that she is the highest person but after talking with my dentist she informed me that she does have someone over her and

They wouldn't put braces on me unless I had all four wisdom teeth removed. I did it, and of course it's painful and uncomfortable. When I went back, they told me I need to have two more teeth removed! 🤦🤦🤦

My experience there was mixed, the front desk staff was unknowledgeable about copay nor their practices. Back staff was great very knowledgeable about procedures and practices. The technician was very informative. Bad experience with the receptionist. This place ever answers my phone calls.

I had a cavity that was affecting my front tooth and it made me feel unattractive and not wanting to look in the mirror. I was depressed for months until I got the doctor to do a wonderful job in fixing my smile in less than an hour. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The office is clean with state-of-the-art equipment, and the staff members are very courteous and professional.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. The front desk girls are so helpful and answered every question I had. I love seeing Itzel at the front desk every time I go! She is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way and what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to the whole team! 100% recommend.
